Catari Urmi is the queen of Mermesii. Queen is just a symbolic title, because since the end of the Great Lunian War, the royal familly was discarded from the ruling politics after the capitulation, as a one of the terms of the peace treaty. However, the royal familly still holds a huge influence in the high society of Mermesii; and they own almost a quarter of the real estate of the city, all the mines, and most of the leading industries. Catari has a lusty and dark temper, she enjoys punishing her slaves, and gets bored of them quickly. She keeps a hope of finding the perfect slave that will match all her expectations one day. Like the rest of her familly, Catari has a unusually high mana generation rate, and rather than keeping that for for some spell use, she enjoys several milking sessions throughout the day. Some rumors runs about her milk infused with twisted magic property that she'd feed her slaves and servants, and even guests, to make them totally compliant.
