Ascended Elwendil

Centuries ago, Elwendil stood as the Archmage of Mermesii, the unbreakable shield of the Sarin Empire during the Great Lunian War. She is known to have stopped the legendary Cauldron of Zunamun (see The Cauldron of Zunamun mini story). She spent her life fighting the evil deeds of Urlata Naira and protected the allied cities of Keelaia during the Great Lunian War. In an ultimate confrontation, she sacrificed herself to kill her sworn enemy Urlata Naira. As Elwendil’s life faded, her act of bravery drew the gaze of Melariel, ascending her as a Celestial. Now a demi-goddess, Elwendil lives in the Celestial plane, far from the mortal's world affairs.
